REQUEST FOR EXHIBITOR BOOTH AND/OR SYMPOSIUM SPONSOR
There are 10 spots for tradeshow booths and they will be considered on a first received basis and upon receipt of payment. TRADESHOW BOOTH – 8’ DEEP X 10’ WIDE - $2,000
Includes the following:
- Tradeshow booth space with skirted table and power
- One free conference registration
- Company logo printed on the sponsorship page of the final conference program
- Company link on the sponsorship page of the conference website.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Co-sponsor Food and Beverage - $1,000
- Each meal and refreshment sponsorship includes the following:
- Company name and logo prominently displayed at the meal or refreshment event and on “Sponsor” Board.
- Company logo printed on the sponsorship page of the final conference program
- Acknowledgements and thanks of the sponsorship by the MC at each sponsored event and company logo prominently displayed at sponsored event.
Note: Please contact organizers if you wish to be the primary sponsor for a meal or refreshment time to obtain a price quote. Primary sponsors would be eligible for additional benefits i.e. waived conference fees, free booth space, opportunity to speak at the venue, etc.

Half Page Advertisement in Conference Program - $2,000
Advertisement opportunity includes the following:
